At Vector Optics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
